The Green Valley Technical Academy is a five-week immersive program held at our state-of-the-art Technical Training Center. It’s tailored for individuals with no prior experience who are honest, hardworking, and mechanically inclined, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Program Highlights:

Duration: 5 weeks

Location: Green Valley Cooling & Heating Technical Learning Center – 645 W. Ward Lane, Green Valley, AZ 85614

HVAC Experience Needed: None – open to all beginners

Training Type: Hands-on, with all learning materials provided

Compensation: Paid training at $15.00 per hour – earn while you learn! There’s no cost to attend, and we pay you to be part of the academy.

Tuition: Absolutely free

Who is a Good Fit for Green Valley Technical Academy?

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Clean driving record and valid Arizona driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Able to safely lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable operating service vehicles

What will I need to do?

Submit your application using the button below. If selected as a candidate, you’ll complete a background check, MVD screening, and drug screening. We will also schedule a tour for selected candidates to check out our awesome facility. We look forward to meeting you!
